About

Seshat's Record is a music-based creative agency at the intersection of sound, culture, and experience.

We empower artists to create, connect, and collaborate. We transform how brands show up in culture through music, narrative, and immersive world building.

Named for Seshat — the Egyptian goddess of record keeping, writing, and wisdom — we believe the brands and artists worth remembering are the ones whose sound, story, and experience are built on purpose. Everything we make is designed to live in the archive of the culture.

We are More Than A Label.

Keep Good Company

Seshat's Record is a faithful organization. We believe strongly, and we stand in a strong moral compass. Every decision we make — about the artists we work with, the brands we partner with, the rooms we walk into, and the work we put our name on — is filtered through what we believe is right.

Empowerment

We are not here to lift artists up — we are here to build the rooms where they can lift themselves. Empowerment means investing in artists, professionals, and communities as people who already have what they need, and giving them the infrastructure, the access, and the space to use it.

Faith

We believe that when the work is honest and the company is good, favor follows. The right artists find us. The right partners step in. The right rooms open. We do not chase favor — we earn it through care, integrity, and the company we keep.

Courage

Courage is how we move. We take risks. We are innovative in our approach, and we are not afraid to do the things no one else is doing — invite-only Collab Sessions, year-long cultural containers, programs designed around trust instead of metrics, agency models the industry has not seen before.

Airez Houston

Founder & Artist Advocate

Airez "Eri" Houston started Seshat's Record with a specific intention: to curate a safe space for women to make music. That intention grew. The longer she sat inside the rooms where independent music was being made, the clearer it became that women weren't the only ones being failed by the industry — and Seshat's Record grew to empower artist to create, connect and collaborate.

She believes the artists and communities shaping the next era of music deserve more than campaigns. They deserve commitment.

Partnerships Manager

Nadir “Snow” Bay

Nadir "Snow" Bay is the Partnerships Manager at Seshat's Record. A family man first, Snow joined Airez at Seshat's Record after the two collaborated on music together — a partnership that revealed something neither of them could ignore: the company had room to become something bigger than the work that brought them together.

Snow brings a builder's instinct to every partnership conversation, helping shape Seshat's Record into a company capable of serving the artists, brands, and communities it was built for.
