Cultural positioning
Cultural Positioning program for women in music — built to contradict the industry's scarcity framing that pits female artists against each other.
It began in December 2025 with an intentional sit-down dinner at Moxies Uptown — eight women in music, cocktails, a luxurious setting built to match the talent at the table. From there, a virtual orientation where the women named their woes and got to know each other as humans, not competitors. Then a deliberate pause to let the trust settle. The first session happened in April 2026 — eight women, a female producer, a female engineer, a full female production ecosystem in one room. Sessions continue through October, that include museum nights, community volunteering and artist workshops where community building continues.
This is what Cultural Positioning looks like when the program is designed to match the tension it's responding to — stage by stage, at the pace of trust.
