Join us for an unforgettable 12-hour collaborative experience where artists, producers, engineers, and music lovers come together to create a 12-track EP in a single day — with 50% of royalties and 10% of compact disc sales profitsdonated to a nonprofit supporting women facing homelessness due to domestic violence.

Hosted by Seshat’s Record, this event blends networking, live creation, and meaningful impact, giving participants the opportunity to collaborate, connect, and give back — all while being part of something bigger than music.

The day is divided into four dynamic 2-hour blocks, allowing as many artists as possible to join in while keeping the experience intimate and high-value.
Each block brings 12 artists together across three themed collaboration rooms, guided by Seshat's professional team.

Block Flow (2 Hours):

0:00 – 0:10 | Late Arrival Buffer
Grace period for check-in and setup.
0:10 – 0:30 | Networking + Meet the Team
Get to know your collaborators and meet Seshat’s Record team members.
0:30 – 1:30 | Collaboration Zone Creation
Create a fully original song in one hour, guided by professional mentors and structured prompts.
1:30 – 1:50 | Song Sharing Session
All rooms come together to share the music created during that block.
1:50 – 2:00 | Transition Buffer
Wrap-up before the next group arrives.

🎼 Inside the Collaboration Zones

Each block features three creative rooms, each dedicated to crafting one original song.
By the end of the day, 12 songs will be completed, forming the charity EP.

Each room includes:

1 Engineer – Handles recording and technical execution.
1 Composer – Guides structure and melodies.
1 Lead Producer – Oversees the creative process.
1 Floating Seshat’s Record Team Member – Provides strategic direction and support.

Artist Mix:
Each room has 4 participating artists, who can be:

Songwriters
Vocalists

Composers

Together, they’ll be given a theme and creative direction to inspire a completely unique track.

🎟 Choose Your Session Time

When purchasing your ticket, you’ll select one 2-hour block to participate in:

Block 1: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Block 2: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Block 3: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Block 4: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in.
