Seshat's Record is accepting vendor applications for Girls on Aux Industry Pool Party — a curated industry pool party featuring an all-female DJ lineup spinning local female artist records, an audience of 100+ music industry professionals, and the brand activations that turn the right rooms into the right relationships.
This is not a public market event. This is a working pool party for women in music — artists, executives, managers, songwriters, producers, engineers, and the brands they actually buy from.
The room is intentionally curated. Vendors selected for this event will be in front of an audience of music industry decision-makers, content creators, and tastemakers — with high content capture potential and meaningful brand alignment opportunities.

Who is this event for? Female music industry professionals — artists, executives, managers, producers, songwriters, engineers, content creators, and women building the music industry. Plus their invited guests.
What kind of vendors are you looking for? We're prioritizing:
Women-owned brands in beauty, wellness, fashion, swimwear, accessories, jewelry, and lifestyle
Black-owned businesses that align with our community values
Food and beverage vendors that complement a summer pool party atmosphere
Brands with cultural alignment to women in music
How are vendor applications reviewed? Our team reviews each application based on brand alignment with our community, product fit for a pool party setting, professionalism, and what your brand brings to the room.
When will I know if I'm approved? We'll send approval notifications approximately 30 days before the event, giving you ample time to prepare your space and inventory.
What do I need to bring? Your products, your team, your table setup, and your professional polish. Final logistics details (load-in times, electricity access, table size, etc.) will be shared with all approved vendors.
Can I sell at the event? Yes. You're encouraged to sell your products throughout the event. The audience is curated specifically for women in music — meaning real buyers with disposable income for products they connect with.
Will there be electricity / running water available? Some vendor spots have access to electricity. Food truck and cart placements have full operational access. Specific logistics will be confirmed with approved vendors.
Is parking provided for vendors? Yes. Dedicated vendor parking and load-in/load-out will be provided. Details shared with approved vendors.
Can I bring my team to staff my vendor space? Yes. Each vendor can bring up to 2 team members to staff their space. Additional team members require approval.
What if I'm a food truck? Food trucks have a dedicated parking and operational space. We'll coordinate placement with you directly to ensure smooth operations.
